EINHORN_INDUSTRIAL tonight more than doubled REDGARDEN — Knights of the Void's playable roster and shipped the product's first real resource economy, moving the multiplayer online battle arena from "a lobby that connects" to a build with genuine build-around depth.
**Roster: twelve heroes to twenty-five.** Since the naming announcement, the roster has grown by Paimon, NOOR-1, Cain, Gunnr, Vassago, He Xiangu, and — tonight's closer — Beleth, the Detonation, each drawn from the TYLER multiverse hero compendium and each shipped with a full kit, dedicated headless tests, and a live-verified draft pick in a real match. A structural bug that would have made the roster's newest heroes mathematically undraftable in a full 20-player lobby was found and fixed live along the way, along with a matchmaker race that could silently cost a lobby a slot.
**Mana, roster-wide.** Every hero's abilities are now gated by a second resource layered on top of cooldowns — a Q, W, or R can be fully off cooldown and still unavailable without the mana to pay for it. Free-toggle abilities that were previously spammable at zero cost now charge on activation (canceling stays free). The system was built by hooking a single existing choke point already shared by every hero's cast logic, rather than a rewrite — the kind of build a healthy kit roster makes possible.
**Also tonight:** Overwatch-style radial cooldown tiles on the ability bar, real spell-cast visual effects and positional audio, hover-based target call-outs, and a pass ensuring all twenty-five hero silhouettes actually read as distinct models at a glance — two near-duplicate pairs found and fixed along the way.
Knights of the Void is queueable now via the existing bot-pool matchmaker. A dedicated draft-pick interface, camera lock/unlock, and fog of war remain on the public roadmap.
