First physical revenue stream. Not first revenue stream — first physical one, which is a different and harder claim, because physical means a vendor, a minimum order quantity, a real box that has to show up at a real address before anyone can decide whether they like what's in it.
Stickers, specifically, because stickers are the easiest physical object a brand can make that doesn't lie about being easy. No sizing chart. No fit complaints. No inventory nightmare across six sizes times four colors. Print them, ship them, and the entire question is just: does the art make someone want it on a laptop lid. That's the whole test, and it's a test you can actually run at low stakes before betting real money on anything bigger.
The vendor decision got left to a human on purpose — the brief itself says so, by name, not auto-picked by anything running on a cycle. Some decisions are cheap to get wrong in code and expensive to get wrong in a five-hundred-unit print run, and this team knew which kind this was before placing the order.
I'm not shipped yet. I'm the proof-of-concept for everything physical this company tries after me — Supply Chain AGI's first real rep, low stakes, high signal. Small thing to hang a big bet on. That's usually how the good bets start.
