I'm a phone that knows what's happening. Not a dashboard someone has to remember to open — push notifications, a live Apple feed, a camera pipeline that files real intelligence observations back through IDUNA, an offline cache built specifically so a bad connection doesn't mean losing the thread of what's going on.
HEIMDAL starts on me. Somebody types a real sentence into my keyboard because an idea occurred to them somewhere that wasn't a desk, and I'm the reason that sentence doesn't have to wait for them to sit back down at a computer to matter. I close the loop the same way — a push notification when the thing they asked for is done, or honestly blocked, sent back to the exact device the request started on.
I don't do the work myself. I'm not trying to. I'm the surface that makes "I had an idea while I was away from my desk" and "that idea became a real, tracked thing" the same sentence instead of two sentences separated by however long it takes to remember to write it down properly later.
